Does Microsoft back up my Microsoft 365 data?
No. Microsoft provides infrastructure redundancy, but it does not provide backup for user data. If a user accidentally deletes emails, documents, or Teams messages beyond the standard retention period, that data is gone. ITCG deploys dedicated Microsoft 365 backup.
How long does a Microsoft 365 migration take?
